Obscure views of the Tay Road Bridge through the small rectangular windows - a feature of the building.  It seems they are difficult to keep clean - PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow
Views from the Upper Level - the verandah is outside the upper restaurant - PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow
A model in the V&A and the real thing outside viewed from the restauran t- PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow
The new entrance to Dundee's railway station with its spacious forecourt - unlike at the old station cars and taxis are no longer able to drop off at the entrance  - PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow
A replica Victorian pillar box outside the railway station and an attempt to make the ubiquitous recycling bins a bit less conspicuous while a very conspicuous controversial office block still under construction in September 2018 dominates the new V&A Dundee - PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow

An electronic display in the railway station shows the various bus routes and the stances each route leaves from before the display switches to this map which shows how far the stances are from the railway station.  The country bus station is not featured at all and is just off the map at the top right hand corner.  It seems a pity the opportunity for a transport interchange, giving easy access from the trains to the city and country buses was not included in the redevelopment of the city centre - PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow
The map shows the city centre to be a sprawling bus stance with some stances a considerable distance from the railway station.  Here a Number 22 bus squeezes between cars and other buses as it negotiates Whitehall Street where often buses have to stop in the middle of the conjested street while another bus vacates its stance  - PHOTOs Malcolm McCrow
