PLEASE NOTE Video cameras in the mid 1980s had poor resolution and colours tended to bleed. Editing introduced noticeable degeneration and resulted in an even poorer quality image. Video captures from video taken thirty years ago therefore necessitate small images to maximise the sharpness of the poor quality original material. However, the content, as opposed to the quality, may make for interesting viewing of these scenes taken mainly at Dundee in the mid 1980s. Regrettably I did not record days and dates and it is not always possible to identify locomotive numbers. Accordingly any information on any of the trains or locomotives would be welcome. |
